You collect a sticker on your card each time you order in store. Ask at the counter for the current rate.

No expiry, ever.
The card in your wallet from 2019 is still valid in 2026. Complete it whenever.
Transferable within the family.
Cards can be shared between spouses, siblings, and cohabiting family. Redeemed by whoever brings it in.
Not combinable with staff discount.
If you're staff, you're already on a better deal.
Not exchangeable for cash.
A full card equals one free pizza. That's the whole exchange rate.
One card at a time per redemption.
You can hold as many cards as you like. You can only redeem one on any single order.
Lost cards, replaced once.
We keep a paper log at the till. Tell us your name and the last four stickers. We reissue with credit, once per calendar year.

Is there an app?
No. There will never be an app. The card is a piece of paper, and the pizza is a real pizza. That is the whole system.
Do you keep my details?
Only your name, if you tell us, and only in a paper logbook at the till so we can find your card if you lose it. No email address, no phone number, no data going anywhere.
Can I get a sticker on tips or extras?
Sticker is calculated on the food total before tips. The bit you tip is the bit that goes to the kitchen and the rider, which we appreciate but do not count.
What if I forget the card at home?
Tell us your name at the till. We will write your stickers on a stub and staple it to the card next time. Same on delivery: the rider notes it on the receipt.
Can businesses have cards?
Yes. Corporate cards are a different colour and earn double on any office lunch. Ring Rumbi to set one up.
What counts as "the family" for transfers?
Anyone who lives at the same address, plus adult children who have moved out. We trust you on this. We are not going to ID your siblings.
Can I gift a full card as a present?
Yes, cards are bearer tokens. If you complete one and hand it to a friend for their birthday, they can redeem it. Consider the pizza already ordered.
Do I have to be a regular?
Absolutely not. The point of the card is that occasional visitors get the same reward as regulars. A card completed over three years is the same free pizza as one completed over three weeks.
